Kate Reibel, Director at Public Education Foundation of Evansville, Inc. stopped by to tell us about the upcoming 'Confections of the Rich & Decadent, The Ultimate Bake Sale' to benefit PEF.

The Public Education Foundation believes high-quality public education is fundamental to the strength of our community. They believe that all students deserve the best possible public education in order to realize their full potential. They meet this challenge by funding meaningful projects and programs for students, engaging the community in support of public education, and rewarding student-centered innovation in public schools in Vanderburgh County.

One of their big fundraisers every year is coming up Friday May 10, 2019. 'Confections of the Rich & Decadent, The Ultimate Bake Sale' to benefit PEF will be held in the Old National Bank Atrium in Downtown Evansville 10a-1p.

There will be a huge assortment of breakfast casseroles & quiches, perfect for your Mother's Day brunch. Plus, brownies, cupcakes, cookes, pies ,and more, all baked by local celebrities, SICTC Culinary Arts students, and business and community leaders.
