No Pool, No Problem Rent Evansville Area Pools by the Hour with New App
Growing up in Princeton, I didn't know very many people with a swimming pool. In fact, the only person that I can think of was my Nana. This would be a much cooler fact if my Mom and Nana had been on speaking terms when I was in elementary or middle school. It was still awesome to tell people that I had access (Sort of) to an in-ground pool.
Now that I'm an adult, I would love to have a pool, but the sticker shock is a bit much for our budget. Wouldn't it be cool to just rent a pool whenever you want to take a dip? Or maybe you have a pool that doesn't get used very often. What if you could make money from your cement pond? I stumbled across a solution for all of that, I just wish that I had thought of it!
Facebook must've overheard me talking about swimming or saw my search history with pool prices because I was targeted by a sponsored ad by Swimply. Swimply is a new app that works like Airbnb, but you are just renting a residential pool. The question of insurance and liability immediately popped into my head. According to Swimply, hosting through their service provides you with a one-million-dollar general liability policy.
So, do we have any pools for rent in the Evansville area? During my search, I found one listing in Chandler, IN. Malvino’s pool rents for $15 an hour, and it includes a few amenities like lawn chairs and a grassy area. Right now, Malvino's listing is the only one that is available in our area, so this would be a good time to 'jump in' and make some money if you have a pool.
