The furniture and home decor consignment shop on Old Highway 261 in Newburgh is up for sale according to a Facebook post by their owners earlier this week that reads,

Homedaubers is for sale: we are retiring—and you have an excellent opportunity to own a well established and growing business at a very affordable price! Serious inquiries only. No phone calls please. Email us at homedaubers@gmail.com for your personal appointment. WE ARE STILL OPEN FOR BUSINESS!

While it doesn't appear that you MUST continue running it as a consignment shop, it might be a good idea to start out that way. As they mention, the business is already well-established. My wife and I got our dining room table and chairs from there shortly after we moved to Newburgh, and since it is a consignment shop, the inventory is always changing.
