If you want a sweet gal who really just wants to be loved, then you need to meet TESS, our Fursday Pet of the Week from It Takes a Village. Let's get this girl into a forever home!

TESS was found, hungry and scared, at a hunter's station. Luckily, a good Samaritan found her and brought her to ITV. Her owners were found but they say they had given her away and did not want her back.

ITV has been told that TESS is 9 years old. She is also deaf, due to either severe ear infections or her old age. TESS is a very sweet senior girl who would love to have a foster home. She has done will with the other dogs she has met here at ITV.

If you would like to foster TESS, please complete a foster application at itvrescue.org. If you are an approved foster for us, please send us an email at itvrescue.org.

All of our animals are examined by a veterinarian, given age-appropriate vaccinations, dewormed, microchipped, spayed or neutered, heartworm tested and treated if necessary.
