The “e is for everyone” community branding initiative was launched in May 2017 to instill community pride and attract new talent to the city by promoting the greater Evansville area and its people, heritage, attractions and events. An E branding champion will talk about upcoming events in partnership with the “e” initiative and explain how citizens can share unique stories, make connections and get involved. A limited quantity of “E” branded items will be given away while supplies last.

A spokesperson for I-69 Ohio River Crossings will explain the preliminary alternative routes for the Interstate-69 extension and introduce some information about tolling. Depending on the preferred route to be announced this fall, a bridge may be tolled. Tri-State residents are currently being asked for feedback on the preferred route and tolling issue.

Mayor Lloyd Winnecke will open the meeting with introductions of city department heads and public service announcements. Following the presentations, the public will have an opportunity to speak with the program presenters and talk one-on-one with the Mayor or city department heads about any issue involving local government.
