Vote For French Lick Resort: USA Today’s Best Family Resort

French Lick Resort is up for some pretty high honors, but it needs your vote to win.

USA Today has released its nominees for the Best Family Resort in its annual Reader's Choice Awards. As a parent, if I am to travel, I want to stay somewhere that has plenty of things to do to keep everyone, especially the kids, entertained. Somewhere in which we can create fond memories together. That's exactly what these nominees have to offer when it comes to the Best Family Resort. According to USA Today:

These 20 properties — nominated by a panel of travel experts as the best family resorts in the United States — cater to families with a host of awesome amenities. That includes kids' programs, gourmet dining with kids' menus, roomy accommodations, and a wealth of activities that the entire family can enjoy.

As it turns out, French Lick Resort was one of the 20 resorts nominated. That's a pretty incredible honor. But it would be even cooler if the resort won!

If you have ever been to the French Lick Resort, you know that there's so much to see and do there. Between French Lick Springs and the Casino, to historic West Baden Springs Hotel, Big Splash Adventure, special events, and more, French Lick Resort is a great destination for families. Here's what USA Today said about French Lick Resort:

A world of leisure unto itself, French Lick Resort encompasses two historic hotels, a newer accommodations tower, plus outdoor activities from golf to horseback riding. Specifically for the kids, the Activities Center is a great place for crafts and games, as well special events like movies on the lawn, pool parties, and circus performances.

Last year, the resort came in fourth place based on votes. It's up to us to help French Lick Resort not only make it into the top ten finalists for 2026, but to be crowned the Best Family Resort in America. You can vote once per day until voting closes on Monday, August 3 at noon ET.
