Henderson Police Announce Traffic Safety Checkpoints this Weekend

Henderson Police Department reported officers will conduct traffic safety checkpoints Friday, October 25, 2019 - Sunday, October 27, 2019.
The checkpoints will focus on identifying impaired drivers. The activity promotes public highway safety and serves as a deterrent to those who violate state laws. HPD says to expect checkpoints in the following areas:

• Walnut and Sunset lanes
• Kentucky 2084 and Kentucky 136.
• Kentucky 414 (Wolf Hills Road) at the City of Henderson Landfill
• Watson Lane and Stonegate Drive
