Free Skating Day at Swonder Ice Arena

Celebrate National Skating Month with the Greater Evansville Figure Skating Club this Saturday afternoon and learn to skate for free!  

The public is invited to "Free Skating Day" tomorrow afternoon at Swonder Ice Arena.  GEFSC will be offering 10 minutes of skating lessons from 12:15 pm -1:15 pm. It's on a first come first serve basis! Those children under the age of 3 must be accompanied by a parent.

Those who participate in the lesson have the opportunity to skate public for free from 1 pm - 3 pm.

Bring the family for a fun Saturday afternoon with giveaways, gift bags with skating goodies, trivia,  free Learn To Skate sessions (for first time participants only), and more!

The figure skating club and hockey organizations will be available to answer any questions you may have including information on their programs.

Free Skating Day is hosted by the Greater Evansville Figure Skating Club beginning at noon this Saturday, February 9th at Swonder Ice Arena located at 209 North Boeke in Evansville, IN.
