It my absolute pleasure to introduce you to NORA. This incredible young woman helped raise over $400 for Make-A-Wish, and we just want to give her a shout out!

Nora is a 4th grader here in Evansville. She and her classmates were given a $10 "starter loan" and were tasked with using that money to begin a business. NORA decided she wanted to raise money for the local Make-A-Wish organization. So she and her mom made up a bunch of lemonade and Rice Crispy treats and started selling them. When it was all said and done, Nora had raised over $400!

Why did she choose Make-A-Wish? She thought about kids that have life-threatening diseases...kids that spend most of their time in the hospital...kids that can't enjoy a lot of the things we take for granted. She wants to give those kids something to look forward to...something to fight for...something to live for. And her donation will go a long way towards doing just that!

Nora is one of many young people I've met in the past few years that really give me hope for the future. Please join me in congratulating Nora! And please think about how YOU might be able to help out Make-A-Wish.
