UE Aces Dominate in Only Their Second Season
How exciting that this young team is already making serious waves on the national stage. After just two seasons, the Aces have shown they’re not just participants in collegiate esports – they are contenders.
A Win for the Team - and the Entire UE Community
Aces Esports head coach Samuel Henderson had this to say about the amazing achievement…
This is more than just a win for our Overwatch team, it's a win for our entire program and school community. To reach the national stage in only our second year speaks volumes about the dedication and passion of our players.

Throughout the season, the Aces have been turning heads with their sharp strategies and next-level teamwork. Their playoff run was no walk in the park – they battled and beat some impressive esports programs like Valparaiso, the University of Illinois-Springfield, Akron, Ole Miss, and Illinois State. Talk about leveling up!
Championship Glory on Home Turf
The Aces faced off against Fort Lewis in the National Championship match in UE’s very own Esports Center. The team got the win, and home their first national title, proving that big dreams can become reality, right here in Evansville.
