The NL Cy Young contender was none-to-happy when his manager decided to give him the rest of the day off in Thursday's game against the Arizona Diamondbacks.

With the D-Backs holding onto a 3-0 lead in the fifth, Manager Don Mattingly was looking for a spark in the batting order and decided to substitute a pinch hitter for Kershaw, therefore taking him out of the game. As you can see, it was a decision the ace pitcher was not to fond of.

The fact that the pinch hitter, Austin Barnes ended up flying out to center probably didn't help. However, the Dodgers did rattle off six runs after the fly out and held on to win the game 6-3 while giving Kershaw his 15th win of the season.

The Dodgers currently hold an eight game lead in the NL West as they begin a weekend series with the Rockies Friday night in Colorado.
