Did You Know You Could Drink Alcohol On Franklin St. At The Fall Festival?

So the other day at the Fall Festival, I noticed some people walking down Franklin Street with beer. I had no idea that you could do that!

I have been doing the Fall Festival wrong since I turned 21. According to the Franklin Street Events Association, it is 100% LEGAL to carry out an adult beverage from the bars and restaurants on Franklin Street during the Fall Festival. Of course, you are encouraged to drink responsibly.
