Evansville Central High School Marching Band Hosts 32nd Annual Craft Show
The 2024 Indiana high school marching band season has come and (nearly) gone, but there is no off-season for these students. Teachers and parents are already hard at work preparing for the next season. A marching band incurs a lot of expenses throughout the season, so the fundraising never stops. One popular way to raise money is to host a craft show, and that's exactly what the Central High School Marching Bears are doing.
It is no easy task for an organization to put on the same event year after year after year - especially an organization like a high school band. Students coming and going every year means the potential for big changes in personnel each season. Knowing this makes the Central band's annual craft show all the more impressive. This year will be the 32nd annual event.

The Central High School Instrumental Boosters craft show is happening on Saturday, November 23, 2024, from 9am-3pm at Central High School on Evansville's north side. You'll be able to shop over 130 booths from all around our area, showing off a wide variety of unique items. The event is free to attend, but donations will be accepted at the door. There will also be concessions. All proceeds go to the Central instrumental music program.
The craft show, and other events like it, help raise much-needed funds for the Central band programs, including uniforms/costumes, props/sets, food, and transportation just to name a few.
