When the Memorial Tigers snapped an 11 game losing streak against Jasper last Friday night, it turned a few heads in the SIAC and Big 8 conferences. It also caught the attention of the Indianapolis Colts who named head coach John Hurley their first Coach of the Week for the 2016 season this week.

On Saturday, the Mater Dei Wildcats Girls Softball Team will compete in the IHSAA Class 2A state championship game for the first time in the program's history when they face the Boone Grove Wolves out of Valparaiso, Indiana.
