These Guys Took Their Shirts Off At A Cardinals Game And Look What Happened

I am a Cardinal fan, so I had a friend send me this video, and I was like, "Okay, people are going to want to see this.” This is the kind of story that makes you want to be a little more spontaneous at your next sporting event because, apparently, taking your shirt off in the stands can get you some pretty incredible things.

A group of guys decided to take their tops off and go full on shirtless at a St. Louis Cardinals game, and instead of getting kicked out or side-eyed by everyone around them, the Cardinals' general manager noticed them, invited them down to the locker room, and sent them home with merchandise. How cool, showing out for your team, rallying with your friends, ending up with a rewarding day they’ll never forget. Shirtless to the locker room in one afternoon.

How Does This Even Happen

Your guess is as good as mine but showing true fan ownership over your team I can see how it impresses folks, including the GM. These guys showed up, committed to the bit, and somehow ended up having the greatest Cardinals game experience of their entire lives. This is the kind of story you tell at every family gathering for the next thirty years.

The Lesson Here For Tri-State Cardinals Fans

If you are a Cardinals fan like me, in the Tri-State area, and you have ever sat in those stands, being perfectly normal and well-behaved, maybe reconsider your approach. You'd be surprised who gets recognized at a baseball game. Apparently, the key to a locker room visit and free merchandise is just an unbuttoned shirt and a little bit of confidence.

We are not saying go take your shirt off at the next game. We are just saying these guys did, and look how it worked out for them. I have had many memorable moments at Busch Stadium, but unfortunately, nothing as cool as getting a locker room visit.
