Body Positive Event For Girls!
Project Reveal's Fourth Annual Girls: Embrace Your Body, brought to you by Deaconess Women's Hospital and Hinderliter Construction Inc, is a free event providing self-esteem and body positive programming for girls of all ages. The event includes group activities focusing on self love, positive body image, empathy towards others. They also have a photo exhibit, refreshments and new this year our Special 'Parent Talk'.
They are also excited to bring you the 2nd annual Girls: Embrace Your Body Photo Gallery. Project Reveal randomly selected 14 junior models from more than 100 applications we received and then paired them with six high school and college-aged girls interested in photography who worked with a photography mentor.
Embracing and loving our bodies is a conversation that needs to be ongoing. The girls will have a blast while participating in programs about self-esteem and positive body image. The parents will love having a open space to discuss their own personal issues with body image and how that affect their girl(s).
*ALL GIRLS OR GROUPS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT
