I can't think of a dance that is more symbolic of the early 90s than the running man. It was the go-to move for so many R&B artists back in the day, and a staple in my repertoire of dance moves.

Our DME, Ashley Sollars, was in the studio with me the other day (when Stacey was out with the flu). We had song "Back To Life" from Soul II Soul cranked up in the My105.3 studio. I told Ashley that I learned to do the running man to that song back when I was a freshman in high school. That, of course, led to her basically demanding that I demonstrate the running man. And, of course, she had to record it.

I didn't think much of it, although I remember telling her she would have to use different music (thanks to copy write laws). Fast forward a few days when Ashley informs me that she has posted my dancing video. So here it is in all its glory!

Take note of the horribly generic production music that we had to use...and my hair bouncing up and down like a toupee that's barely hanging on. Awesome!
