Comedian Anjelah Johnson brings her Technically Not Stalking Tour to the Victory Theatre in Evansville on November 17th. She's a professional when it comes to recognizing a case of stalking. After hearing some of Liberty's tactics, Anjelah gives her verdict and whether illegal or just plain creepy in the interview below.
