5 Things You Need To Know About The Toys R Us Liquidation

According to numerous reports, the official liquidation sale at Toys R Us will begin today or tomorrow.Before you check out the sales, there are a few things you should know.

1. Selection Might be Slim

If you are looking for a specific item, it might already be sold out, because they haven't been getting a lot of new shipments the past few weeks. The past two Saturdays that I've stopped in, they have been pretty busy. It seemed like shoppers were trying to get the "Exclusive" toys, before they were gone. There were also a lot of empty shelves.

2. Leave Your Coupons At Home

Unfortunately, you will not be able to use any type of coupon or discount, during the liquidation.

3. Use Your Gift Cards

You are still able to use gift cards and e-gift cards until April 15th. If you have rewards with either Babies R Us or Toys R Us, you will need to use those by mid April.

4. You Can Still Return Items

If you need to return something that you've already purchased, do it now. But, all sales will be final, once the liquidation sale starts.

5. Is It Really A Savings?

You will want to price compare, because the discounts will not be on top of any sale prices. It's possible to still find better deals, so just be aware of that.
