Yes, I've jumped on the Air Fryer bandwagon, and you should, too! I'm telling you, this has changed the way I cook - For the better. We usually have salmon at least once a week. I will either bake it or grill it over charcoal. By far, my husband prefers the air fryer salmon, and he's super particular about fish.

Here's what I did:

Start with thawed, skinless salmon. I bought these at Sam's Club.

You can find all of these ingredients at Sam's Club.

I dipped them in lemon juice and sprinkled with lemon pepper seasoning.

Simply set the time & temp and let the fryer work it's magic!

I cooked them for 15 minutes at 390 degrees.

You don't have to serve on a Mickey plate, but I always do :)

Perfection! 20 minutes start to finish. This is an easy, healthy dinner any day of the week.
