Fresh-made Guacamole Scores a Win For the Big Game [Recipe]
Here's an easy and healthy guacamole dip “Justin” time for the Big Game or anytime! It's great with chips, veggies or to throw on a sandwich!
This is one of my guilty pleasures and it’s so healthy for you! Here’s an easy to prepare recipe for fresh-made guacamole and I like mine with a little hot sauce added. Yummy! [Recipe]
Deb’s Fresh Homemade Guacamole Dip with a Kick!
2 ripened avocados
¼ cup sour cream - (any variety) - whole, light, or fat free OR you may omit
1 clove fresh garlic (crushed)
2 tsp fresh lemon juice
½ cup your favorite salsa (or substitute 2 fresh cut tomatoes and 2 Tbsp. minced onions)
Dash of tabasco or hot sauce (optional - but if you like spicy, this gives it kick!)
2 tsp salt (optional)
Combine all ingredients in a blender - this gives it a smooth texture or you can cut and mash the avocados & blend ingredients in a bowl instead. Cover and chill. (Or you can eat right away like I do!)
