Brave Evansville Women Saves Snapping Turtle [Video]

My son Jude and I were headed to get groceries when the cars in front of me start slowing. I see an older woman in the other lane grabbing something off the ground. At first, I thought it was a dead cat or something but she suddenly jumped back from the animal as if she was scared. It was a snapping turtle.

She hurries back in her vehicle and the car in front of me stops and a man and women get out. The women, which I found out later, is Angel Griest. She is a brave (crazy) women who scuttles the snapper into a bag and PUTS IT IN HER CAR!!! I get it on video and then find out what in the world they are going to do with 'ol snappy.

Snappy McTurtleson will have a nice long life because of these good samaritans.
