WWE Legend, Mick Foley, Coming to Evansville's Raptor Con

I guarantee that you will "have a nice day" when the Hardcore Legend, Mick Foley, makes his way to Evansville in December.

That's right, Mrs. Foley's Baby Boy is coming right here...to Evansville! You might also know Mick as Mankind, Dude Love, or Cactus Jack from his time in the WWE, WCW, and ECW. Foley gave us so many memories from his infamous Hell in a Cell match with the Undertaker to the time when Mankind celebrated the Rock with the hilarious This Is Your Life Celebration. What about the time Mick became the first (and only WWE Superstar) to enter the same Royal Rumble match three times? He truly had a hall-of-fame career, and is loved by everyone!

He hasn't been in Evansville for a while (although he frequents Holiday World quite often). I can remember meeting Mick Foley when I was a kid at Eastland Mall. It was around 1999, and I was about eight years old. I was so nervous. He was the first celebrity that I had ever met, and he did not disappoint. He was very kind, and even let me high-five Mr. Socko. Then, I met him a few years back in Santa Claus, and he was the same kind of person that I met over 20 years ago as a kid. More recently, in early 2022, I met him in Tell City. Once again, such an awesome guy to everyone. That's why I am excited to see him coming back to Evansville.

Mick Foley (and Mr. Socko) Returning to Evansville

Mick Foley, Cactus Jack, Dude Love, Mankind...whatever you want to call this iconic WWE Hall of Famer, will be coming to Evansville's 2023 Raptor Con. This is an awesome pop culture comic convention that will be happening at the Evansville National Guard Armory on December 9th and 10th. This two-day event will bring numerous celebrities, video game competitions, cosplay contests, vendors, Q&A panels, hands-on demonstrations, and much more. Many of the vendors will be selling one-of-a-kind items.

Coming along with Mick Foley to Raptor Con will be none other than Mr. Socko. Name a better duo...I'll wait.
