A great majority of everyone I know chooses the beach when it comes to vacationing. Don't get me wrong; I enjoy the beach. And I'm actually a boring beachcomber, in that I don't comb, I nest.

Give me a chair, an umbrella, a good book or some music--and maybe not even the latter two since I can just watch and listen to the ocean for hours on end--and I'm a happy camper.

And I prefer my beaches to be a little farther north--like North Carolina or Maryland.

Anyway, I said all that to say all this. I actually PREFER mountains and lakes. Anytime. Anywhere. Seriously, you wouldn't have to bring the mountain to Mohammed if he liked them as much as I do. He'd make his way there himself.

And so many of our beautiful mountains in this country are prime features of national parks. With, of course, the exception of Grand Canyon National Park and Mammoth Cave National Park. They sort of go the other way; I mean it's in their names.

So what if, in addition to enjoying all the splendor of some of this nation's amazing national parks, you could get paid to do it?

And, I'm talking a BUNDLE. (Obviously...it's in the headline.)

Back in the 80s and 90s, Michelob used the slogan, "Some days are better than others." In 2020, they're looking for folks who are willing to make SIX MONTHS better than others.

Yes, that could be a big snag, taking six months off. But you would become the legendary brewer's Chief Exploration Officer, given $50,000 and you'd be asked to take lots of pictures along the way.

You'd also be repping Michelob Ultra Pure Gold throughout your travels which, by the way, will take you through Big Bend, Sequoia, Joshua Tree, Yosemite, and Saguaro National Parks. So it's pretty much all California and Arizona. But the most BEAUTIFUL parts of those states. I've been to Saguaro National Park. Extraordinary. (But leave the cacti alone. It's a wise move.)

You'd get to bring one guest and you'd have to be at least 21 years of age. Oh, and did I mention you'd be given an RV for the adventure AND gas money?

Just take lots of pictures and post them, along with commentary, on social media.

If you really can do this or know someone who can, here's the application. You have until September 30th. And if you DO know someone who can, let US know.
