October is National Pizza Month. I've never met anyone who hasn't tried pizza and loved it. But, my husband, Doug has Celiac Disease, and his pizza choices are limited. My attempt at making GF crust was pretty much a fail. Thankfully, in the past couple of years, a lot of restaurants have created GF menus, that include pizza. MOD and AZZIP are two of his favorites. I love that both of them are careful about cross contamination, and change their gloves. Who do you think makes the Best Gluten Free Pizza?
