Water Street Wine Festival this Saturday in Mt. Vernon

Wineries have been popping up all over Indiana with even more fun and popular activities to attend like wine festivals!  This Saturday, don't miss the Water Street Wine Festival in Mt. Vernon.

Enjoy wine, beer and food from local restaurants and caterers this Saturday, May 6 from 3pm - 10pm at the Mt. Vernon Riverfront.   Bring your friends and enjoy watching a live stream of the Kentucky Derby while you're there. Entertainment will be provided by Desmond Zion (reggae), Spencer Bloodworth, Lindsey Williams, and more!

Admission is $20 / person or $30 / couple.  Tickets can be purchased at United Bank, the Southwest Indiana Chamber office,  Hawg N' Sauce in Mt. Vernon, or online at swinchamber.com.  Your admission includes:  a tasting glass, free wine tastings, live entertainment, and viewing the Kentucky Derby.  You must be 21 and over to attend.

Make sure you sample some of these Indiana wineries including: Cedar Creek Winery (Martinsville); Ertel Cellars Winery (Batesville); Windy Knoll Winery (Vincennes); and Hedgegrove Farms (Cynthianna).

Five local restaurants will be serving up their delicious food, too!
