We've all popped zits. It's as much a part of being a teenager as taking the driver's test or soiling yourself before asking the girl of your dreams if she'd like to go to the prom with you.

YouTuber Andy Peppers had a zit that grew and grew for several years. Apparently, Clearasil didn't do the trick, so Peppers finally took it upon himself to destroy the blemish. The hideous results are above. It's like watching a horror movie with terrible special effects, except it's oh-so-real.
