Rick and Susan Mann own eight McDonald's stores in Evansville, Newburgh, Jasper and Ferdinand. Their employees, like so many other people around the country, are struggling during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Susan says, "We heard that many of our crew members were searching for ground beef to make things like spaghetti, soups, and other meals that would go far to feed their families. Among other grocery items, ground beef has become hard to find, so we surprised each of our stores this morning with a delivery.”

The McOwners recently delivered over 130 pounds of fresh ground beef to their employees. That's a super cool act in and of itself, but it's even cooler to know that they bought the beef from a locally-owned packing company in Jasper.

The Manns realize how important team morale is during a crazy time like this. In an effort to keep spirits up, they have delivered donuts and started theme days at their restaurants. They will continue to do what it takes, including making more special deliveries, to show their McFamily how much they support them.
