Last week Tom Hanks and his wife Rita Wilson tested positive for Coronavirus, and now Hanks is sharing his symptoms to educate others.

Both Tom and his wife have been released from hospital isolation. On Tuesday, he wrote the following statement on his Instagram page:

Hey folks. Good News: One week after testing Positive, in self-isolation, the symptoms are much the same. No fever but the blahs. Folding the laundry and doing the dishes leads to a nap on the couch.

He went on to say his symptoms started as what he thought was a cold - body aches, exhaustion. His wife Rita had some chills that came and went, along with a slight fever.

Hanks said in order to play things right, as is needed in the world right now, the couple was tested for the coronavirus, and were found to be positive.

They are now back at their home, but continue to recover and isolate. He ended the post by reminding people to flatten the curve.
