The next Owensboro Burger Week doesn't get underway until March of next year, but one local restaurant is already previewing their tasty 2026 creation.

Nikki Basham's brand new hot dog cart, the Black Flame Cartel, will make its official debut on Friday, August 8th at Street Eats on Parrish Avenue in Owensboro.
