It Takes a Village is a no-kill shelter, and that is amazing. Unfortunately, they are usually full of sweet dogs and cats that need a loving home.

Karly witnessed someone in a grey minivan toss a poor, helpless dog out of the window. The back tire of the minivan actually ran her over, too.

The adoption fee for dogs six months and older is only $40! This fee includes their microchip registration, too.
