Meteorologist Ron Rhodes said the Tri-State could see its first official flakes of snow Thursday afternoon.

The high tomorrow will barely reach 40 degrees with temperatures continuing to drop throughout the day. Rain will enter the atmosphere and has a pretty good chance of transforming into snow late morning/early afternoon, according to Ron Rhodes. Temperatures Thursday night will drop into the bone-chilling 20s.
