September just started, but it's already got many of us dreaming of crisp Fall air, pumpkin spice, and Halloween. But don't put your tank tops and shorts up just yet, because it seems flannel season is still a bit away for us.

According to Southern Indiana Weather, their models show multiple days in the 90s still to come this month.  Specifically September 9th-13th where each day temps will reach mid to low 90s.   Summer is not ready to let go just yet! Which, in Summer's defense it technically is still Summer until September 23rd.

Data keeps trending warmer for next week. Hints in the ensemble models that we may see multiple days in the 90s yet this month. Still mostly dry over the next two weeks. Summer looks to hold on awhile longer. - Southern Indiana Weather

It seems we've got quite a bit more sweating to do before it's time to bust out the pumpkins, so hang in there! In the mean time, you can do what I did and put up your Halloween decorations anyways because Labor Day Weekend may not be the official start of Fall, it is the official start of Halloween for me!
