Santa Set to Visit His Indiana Home, Plus Holiday World Fireworks

It really would not be Christmas if Santa didn't take a little trip from the North Pole to his Indiana home in Santa Claus. America's Christmas Hometown has a full day of holiday events planned for Saturday, December 12, 2020.

Now, this will be a socially-distanced Santa event. We can't let the big guy get sick! He'll be sitting in his 'Indiana Sleigh', classic red pickup truck sitting the outside Evergreen Boutique & Christmas Store. You will be able to take your own pictures of Santa, from a safe distance. The outdoor visits are scheduled for 11:00 A.M. - 4:00 P.M. *Weather permitting.

The celebration will also feature food trucks and a very special fireworks show at Holiday World & Splashin' Safari. The food trucks will be set up from 11:00 A.M - 6:00 P.M. at Kringle Place Shopping Center,15 North Kringle Place, Santa Claus, IN 47579.

Food trucks include:

• Auntie Anne’s Pretzels
• The Cheese Queen
• Rock-A-Burger
• 2 Guys and a Kettle

The fireworks are set to begin at 5:00 P.M. Guests can park and view the show from Holiday World & Splashin’ Safari’s Legend parking lot.
