Roof Violently Collapses During Badminton Tournament in Terrfiying Scene [VIDEO]

It takes a lot for badminton to get any sort of coverage. File this under "a lot."

During a tournament in Vietnam, the roof at the Phan Dinh Phung Sports Centre collapsed. The scene was captured on camera by fans in attendance.

Not a lot of people noticed cracks had formed in the roof, but one referee did and quickly ordered everyone off the court (think about that the next time someone claims a "ref is blind").

There were no reported injuries. The stadium is due for a major renovation, which will hopefully be put on the fast track now. The tournament, meanwhile, has since been moved to a different venue.
