Progress Continues on The Post House in Downtown Evansville

I had left for my 2 week vacation beginning at the end of August and I noticed coming back to work how quickly The Post House is going up!  It's located right next door to us at Second and Sycamore Streets in downtown Evansville. It's surrounded by the Bru Burger, The Old Post Office, and Fifth Third Bank.

Construction has been ongoing since last year. It will house 144 apartments with shopping available on the first floor, underground parking, an interior courtyard and more.  

The Post House will begin pre-leasing this fall with the entire project finishing up by the Spring of 2020.

They’re making really good progress,” said Evansville Director of Metropolitan Development, Kelley Coures.
