Oops, It Happened Again. Another Vehicle Crashed in the Princeton Walmart Parking Lot!
It's been the talk of Princeton all summer long, and it looks like that pesky yellow pole is still taking out cars in the Walmart parking lot.
My friend Matt Kelly tagged me in a viral post on the Facebook page Gibson County News & Talk, and I had to share it with you. I'll admit that I am not the best driver, especially when it comes to parking. But I am proud to say that I haven't driven into a pole or stop sign.
White Van Challenges The Yellow Pole
This pole appears to be in a different section of the Walmart parking lot, so obviously the original yellow pole is recruiting more to its army.
Gibson County News & Talk Issues the First Ever Walmart Yellow Pole Alert
We are used to weather alerts here in Southern Indiana, so the folks on the Facebook page Gibson County News & Talk had a little fun with this one.
YELLOW POLE WARNING is in effect until 10 pm Central Time. GCNT forecast center has calculated that with this heat warning and given the higher chances of condensation building up on windshields and eyeglasses it is substantially more likely folks could hit a yellow pole. Take time to clear your windshield and eyeglasses before putting the vehicle in drive and DO NOT under any circumstances stand or walk within 10 ft of a yellow pole.
But Wait...There's More:
This is not a new enemy in Walmart parking lots. Last year, a YouTube channel created a video about a similar pole situation in Maine.
