Gibson County News & Talk Issues the First Ever Walmart Yellow Pole Alert
We are used to weather alerts here in Southern Indiana, so the folks on the Facebook page Gibson County News & Talk had a little fun with this one.
YELLOW POLE WARNING is in effect until 10 pm Central Time. GCNT forecast center has calculated that with this heat warning and given the higher chances of condensation building up on windshields and eyeglasses it is substantially more likely folks could hit a yellow pole. Take time to clear your windshield and eyeglasses before putting the vehicle in drive and DO NOT under any circumstances stand or walk within 10 ft of a yellow pole.
