As always, the hopes in South Bend, Indiana are high for the Notre Dame Fighting Irish football team, but season-ending injuries to starting running back Tarean Folston, starting tight end Durham Smythe, and most recently starting quarterback Malik Zaire have left a lot of question marks on those hopes. Can freshman QB Deshone Kizer lead this team to the promised land. We asked columnist Phil Lettieri of One Foot Down.com that question when we spoke to him on Wednesday.
