What if it's Storming?

Here's a scenario that just occurred. What if you just want to protect your car from an incoming hailstorm? You must read the rules of the parking garage! The city of Owensboro issued a reminder for residents attempting to park in reserved spots:

Parking Garage Reminder! The reserved spots in the Daviess Street Parking Garage (by the Riverpark Center) are not open to the public. Please do not park in these reserved spots unless you have the proper permit. All other parking spaces in the garage are open to the public and available for use. Thank you for your cooperation in keeping our community spaces accessible and organized!

There are some questions about whether or not it's ok to park in the reserved spots outside of Monday through Friday business hours. If it says reserved, I would not park there!
