I hesitate to even share this news.  I am already having visions of Angel putting a gigantic bow on top of Charlotte's head, strapping tap shoes to her feet and teaching her a choreographed version of "The Good Ship Lollipop."   But, I will go ahead and share it because I know there are a lot of parents out there with really talented kids who have dreams of being in show business.

A national talent search is rolling into Evansville and it's open to anyone 6-years-old and up.  Yep.  That means kids and adults can register for the event.  (Now, why am I having visions of Angel and Charlotte in matching outfits and singing "Something Bad" by Carrie Underwood and Miranda Lambert??)

Here's the scoop.

As you can see, the event is open to aspiring actors, singers, dancers and models.  The event is billed as a "screen test for Hollywood castings."  And again, I'm having visions.  Charlotte Welsh stars in "Honey Boo Boo Two!"

Despite the random countdown clock you'll see when you click the link below, the event, staged by ARTS- Applause Rising Talent Showcase, is set for July 10th at the Doubletree Evansville (601 Walnut Street, Evansville, Indiana.)  To get signed up for an audition time, CLICK HERE!

If you see Charlotte there, don't get to close to her.  I would hate for her to think you're competition and sweep your leg like you're in The Karate Kid or push you down a flight of stairs like in Showgirls.

If you decide to go, good luck to you.  And don't forget.  Smile, Baby!
