Muhlenberg County Mustangs Make School History at UCA Nationals

It was a weekend of toe touches and basket tosses for the Muhlenberg County Mustangs. The school's cheerleading squad competed at UCA Nationals and made school history with two Top Ten finishes!

As you can see, the Blue Team finished 7th in the Small Varsity Division II. The Black Team finished 8th in the nation in the JV Non-Tumbling Game Day Division. Before this year, Muhlenberg County never had teams compete in or place in the finals of the National UCA Competition. However, they absolutely careered their showings this year.

In related news, we have to give a shout out to Burns Middle School as well. The Foxes from Burns Middle School placed 4th in the Nation in their division.

Several other local teams competed as well. Major props to all the teams who qualified for and competed in Orlando!
