Move Over Taco Thief! Owensboro Has a Chicken and Rice Thief Now [Photo]

Recently here at WBKR, we shared news about an Owesboro Police Department report about someone stealing two tacos from a home on Venable Avenue.  Remember this?

Well, now, there's another culprit loose.  This was in the Police Reports section of Owensboro's Messenger-Inquirer today!

You read that correctly!  My friend Karla Ward noticed this in today's paper.

Someone allegedly stole a chicken and rice meal worth $5 from a home on Hickman Avenue near the Sportscenter.  I would suggest calling OPD if you have any information about the case, but I have suspicions that there is no evidence of the crime left.
