Clear your calendar for Saturday, October 5, 2019! It's the return of ParksFest, the free music festival, in Garvin Park.

ParksFest also features a beer garden, an activity area for kids, music workshops, the best food trucks with help from Evansville Food Truck Association, and it will be emceed by Jay Jackson - Fans of Parks & Rec know him as Perd Hapley.

This year's lineup features a wide variety of artists:

Los Coast out of Austin, TX - Los Coast is the brainchild of Trey Privott and John Courtney and is completed by Megan Hartman on bass, Damien Llanes on drumkit, and Nat Wright on keys. Together, their music is a punchy, psych-tinged, lyrical variety of rock and soul.

The Minks from Nashville - The Minks are Nashville’s “psychedelic-bloos” band, heavy on the rock and roll. We’re talking low-down, all the way, purse-lipped, eyes-shut, head-whirling kind of rock and roll. The band’s palpable sound has roots in every music fan’s top ten—from Lou to Patti to Creedence to Hank.

Dekar Baker & Good Company from Evansville -Groove Funk Soul, with a special musical performance with Jay Jackson AKA Perd Hapley.

Plateau Below out of Bloomington - Indie Rock Doo-Wop

Panther Ray out of St. Paul, Minnesota - Psychedelic Indie Rock

Corduroy Orbison from Evansville - Weirdo Indie Rock

ALSO FEATURING HANNAH EVELYN, MACKENZIE BELL, RED SADIE, STORY RHYMES, SILVER LILIES, WARREN NICHOLSON, ART THE DUDE, AND MORE!
