Liberty Celebrates Non-Scale Victories with Profile by Sanford

Let's talk about non-scale victories. Those are victories that have happened since I began my weight loss journey with Profile by Sanford that can't be measured by a scale.

For instance, I have basically three stacks of shorts in my closet; small, medium and large. The large ones were pretty snug at the end of summer, but now, I'm comfortably in the mediums! I've also started to have more energy, and I have incorporated walking into my lifestyle. Boom. Another NSV.

It's called Styku, and it uses 3D body scanning to get exact measurements of your whole body. It's way easier than getting measured the old way, with just a measuring tape, and it's available for all Profile members.

You simply stand on this turntable platform, and the 3D camera does the rest. You'll see your 3D image on the screen (It kind of looks like clay mation). As you go through your Profile journey, you will be able to see even the tiniest changes in your body, each time you are measured.
