Kentucky Mom Pranks Daughter Trying To Score Taylor Swift Tickets & It’s EPIC

It seems like the world is all a buzz trying to get Taylor Swift Concert tickets this week.  A Kentucky mom's hilarious antics, while her daughter is trying to get them, is EPIC.

WHAT IS ALL THE HYPE WITH TAY TAY?

I'm pretty sure everyone I know is anxiously awaiting an email to let them know they have a code to get early Taylor Swift concert tickets for Nissan Stadium in Nashville.  Apparently, she's doing three different concerts there and everybody and their mom want to go.

My co-host, Chad, is all he has talked about since the end of October.  We were actually in PCB, Florida for work and he was in the cue waiting line to see if he could even get a chance to get tickets.  I mean that just seems like way too much work for me.  I'm pretty sure there are Tears on Chad's Fret Zealot Guitar because low and behold he did not in fact get a code for tickets.  He was seeing "RED" if you know what I mean.

I secretly thought he was a bit crazy until I learned of a friend of "OURS" whose daughter was trying just as hard to get tickets and actually got a code but not before a long drawn-out journey that she took my friend (her momma) on a crazy "LOVE STORY" ride for tickets.

THE ROAD TO TAY TAY TICKETS IS PAVED WITH GREAT PRANKS

Sweet Sally Martin from right here in Owensboro is I'd say obsessed with Taylor Swift.  She enlisted the help of her momma and my dear friend, Elaine Martin, to be on text watch for the code as it came through.

To know Elaine is to love her.  She is fun and spirited and always up for a good time.  I think I am most amused and impressed by the fact that she spent her whole day antagonizing her child.  She is truly my hero.  Here are just a few of the text messages that went back and forth.

Above is the initial first text and as you can see, Sally is not in the mood for jokes.

The girls aren't stable at this point and yet Elaine keeps surging forth.

When I saw this picture I spit out my coffee, LITERALLY!  DEAD.  The girls were needless to say not near as amused as I was.

The fun continued throughout the day and the girls did FINALLY get a code to the show.

This is Elaine's husband, Greg, and he is always up for a good time of pranking too.
