John Kasich Dropping Out of Republican Presidential Race

Several national media outlets, including CNN, are reporting that John Kasich is dropping out of the Republican presidential race.

Coming only a day after Ted Cruz' announcement to leave the race, Kasich was the only challenger to Republican mogul Donald Trump left.

Kasich prided his campaign on being positive and laughing at himself while on the campaign trail. Although he has cancelled fundraising events, he is still a possibility for the VP role.
