I have seen so many posts on social media about how everyone is beyond ready for fall and spooky season. I know I sure am. We're over the heat, we're over the humidity, we want goblins and ghouls and candy and we want it now!

So many of my friends really go "all in" when it comes to Halloween. From decor to costumes to movie marathons. I even know a girl with 31 spooky-inspired outfits for every day of October complete with fun purses, shoes, and jewelry.

Where to Shop Halloween in Owensboro & Evansville

For some, the haunted holiday hasn't officially begun without a trip to a scary store, like T.D's, Ghostly Productions or Halloween Havoc in Owensboro. The Nick Nackery in Evansville is another spooky staple for many folks in the tri-state. Of course, chain store Spirit Halloween is a huge favorite as well. With jump scare animatronics and the newest trendy costumes, it makes for a fun visit.

No one would agree with this more than a precious little girl named Stella whose absolutely ecstatic reaction to just driving by a Spirit Halloween was captured on video by her mama. Her sparkly blue eyes grew big as saucers and she started "dancing" on the seat in front of her.

Squealing, smiling, giggling, clapping, and hollering that she "SAW BEETLEJUUUUUUICE!" The tiny cutie was so pumped she even tossed her coupon across the car.

Her excitement definitely resonated with a lot of people in the comment section.

Pure joy! Lots of people were asking to see a video of her inside the store. Her mama said she did get a little scared at a couple of the displays the first time she went in, but she wanted to go around the store so bad that she tried again another time.

LOOK: How Halloween has changed in the past 100 years

Stacker compiled a list of ways that Halloween has changed over the last 100 years, from how we celebrate it on the day to the costumes we wear trick-or-treating. We’ve included events, inventions, and trends that changed the ways that Halloween was celebrated over time. Many of these traditions were phased out over time. But just like fake blood in a carpet, every bit of Halloween’s history left an impression we can see traces of today.
