Cookie Monster Takes Over Owensboro: Win Sesame Street Live! Tickets with RiverPark Center’s Scavenger Hunt

Sesame Street Live! Say Hello is coming to the RiverPark Center in downtown Owensboro in a couple of months. The show will be taking the stage on Sunday, May 18th at 2pm. Tickets are available now on the RiverPark Center's website.

However, to celebrate the fact that some of Sesame Street's most iconic characters are coming to town for the show, RiverPark is hosting a very special event this week. They're having a Cookie Monster Scavenger Hunt!

RiverPark announced the hunt this morning on their social media pages!

By the way, joining Cookie Monster on stage at RiverPark will be beloved characters like Elmo, Abby Cadabby, and other favorite Sesame Street friends. The show is built around an exciting game of hide and seek with "Elmo's playful puppy, Tango!"

So, what inspired the Cookie Monster Scavenger Hunt?

Well, this is National Chocolate Chip Cookie Week. It runs from March 2nd through the 8th and RiverPark has come up with an incredibly clever way to celebrate chocolate chip cookies and the Cookie Monster who loves them. The Cookie Monster Scavenger Hunt will kick off Tuesday, March 4th and run through Friday, March 7th.

The RiverPark Center will be hiding Cookie Monsters around town each day and will be sharing important, helpful clues on the RiverPark Center Facebook page. Those clues will hopefully help you find Cookie Monster. The lucky winners who locate a hidden Cookie Monster will win two tickets to see Sesame Street Live! Say Hello on May 18th!
