Forbes just released its annual list of the wealthiest people in America, and Illinois's winner is a repeat of last year's.

This billionaire continues to accrue significant wealth and will probably sit at the top for quite some time.

The Chicago TV news site says Walton's net worth jumped 32% in just one year from $21.2 billion to $28 billion.
