Adulthood may confine our minds to societal norms and pressures, but children do not conform to any such ideas. They have a natural creative approach to life and offer unique perspectives that adults may overlook. Having NPDs on the Wesselman Woods adds a new level of creativity and uniqueness to our Environmental Education Department.

How Many Nature Play Directors Will They Hire

The organization hopes to fill three Nature Play Director roles. They say that the positions offer area youth an opportunity to build leadership and teamwork skills, as well as giving them a look into what it's like to manage a non-profit.
